A comment about the Chinese food. Normal restaurants in China aren't gonna change the way they make their dishes. But on the bright side most of the food in China isn't really greasy anyway, and no matter how much you eat you'll end up losing weight if you're only there for a few weeks. Also, there is no such thing as sesame chicken in real restaurants in China... Nor will you see any fortune cookies. :)
