that's pretty awsome bro,also do the rope and pull it up I notice this one is more easy to lift wait. Anyway thanks for replying and keep me posted and share some tips too. Do you know how to get rib of lovehandles? I a lot of guys have been asking but don't know what to say other than cardio.

Do more ressistance, used the ressistance rubber bands and put them under your feet and pull up with your harms and hold it for 2 seconds and release it in 4 tempos but don't unlock your arms and do it again, also to see more volumen in your arms do a lot of triceps.
