Perhaps when the world comes together as one race, without the prejudice of non-acceptance, and we realize violence is counter-productive, we will discover a distant planet to exile the violent natured hold-outs :-)

What I meant to say above was that even if world peace happens, there will still probably be at least a few irrational people that could commit irrational acts that could have a devastating effect on the world.

I understand your position, and after five decades on the planet as a human it is easy to see your perspective of our nature, but I...as a free-thinking human being, am not required to accept it. I've seen a few of your videos about topics like this, and I think you'r desire for mankind to unite is a good one, it would solve many problems. Unfortunately, even if that does happen, people will always find a reason to kill each other. Humans are violent creatures, whether we like to think of ourselves that way or not, if we won't fight over race, we'll fight over resources. If not resources, we'll fight over religion. If not that, then political ideology.

Having lived all over the world, I feel that I've gained a "oneness", if you will, of all races. I feel no animosity for one or the other, and have a complete lack or favoritism. However, look at the cold hard facts: White folks have a history of radically racist behavior. And this is where good ol' karma comes into play. We can only expect the same for our behavior. Now, that's not to say every white person on the planet is a racist scumbag, but the impressions made will always remain.

On the other hand, although I disagree with Dr. Kamau's comments. I was somewhat relieved when comments all over youtube responded to this hate tirade. There seemed to be alot of shock and discontempt, and i was always passive about this. Not because i'm not white... but because i am used to racism and this is nothing new. It has never been easy to describe the feeling, now others can share the pain of what we go through and just maybe be more empathic.

I completely agree with you. Being an African- I have experienced prejudice and racism from every faction, even African-Americans, the truth of the matter is.. even educated people succumb to generlization which leads to scapegoating- the root of prejudice. I dunno, maybe because more time and effort has been historically spent on black discrimination. I can't think of any immediate word that encompasses racism to white people, who knows?

KKK is nothing more today than a dwindling group of old white supremists. The only way they aquire new members is by passing on their hate to their children. Their influence in the South had diminished to the point where it doesn't even exist. So using the KKK as a talking point for MODERN racism is a little unfounded, for those who made the comments about them.
