Thats what I'm trying to do but it's very hard. I want to lose about 30 lbs but not all at once ya know? Progessively. Yeah I eat those kinds of food almost every day and it makes me feel bad but these videos will help me get back on track and get closer to my goal, and hopefully yours too! *nods* So true. Also society fads and ignorance makes alot of people turn to those weight loss pills as a quick miracle cure to be thin. I say screw the fads go with what fits you best and stop spending money on shit that don't work in the long run. Go with what your genetic make-up tells you fuck the rest. Not everyone is meant to be a size 2 or 0. :)

Thanks for the tips. I've made it a goal to lose 30 pounds. I'm busy with school and stuff, so I end up eating Taco Bell or hot dogs everyday. Probably not good for my health, eh?
