The situation in Uganda and the plight of its people are presented with dignity and compassion, which is a combination often lacking in contemporary media representations of African, indeed most so-called Third World peoples. I didn't know about the Lords Resistance Army. It just goes to show how potentially damaging it can be to teach Christian doctrines out of local cultural contexts.
