The reason education, healthcare, and emergency relief DON'T work are because the government takes over, and the corporations that provide those services have no incentive to perform well. You can't see the benefits of the free market very often, but take cell phones for example. Two problems: he's in his early 70's, and he is for the privitization of everything: education, healthcare, emergency relief, etc. Walter Reed demonstrates why this is not a good idea.
