The fruition of his buddhist training.... to paraphrase Margaret Hamilton in HER defining role...what a worldview, what a worldview....

The humanity and vulnerability of Ginsberg in this video is moving. Very powerful stuff.

I remember seeing this when it was on TV and it really got me. Amazing stuff. If I remember rightly, he said the harmonium was a gift from Bob Dylan. I think he also did a great version of House of the Rising Sun in the same interview. Do you have that clip too?

que doçura. o corpo doente do poeta. a morte aproximando-se. ginesberg canta Hey Father Death, I'm flying home Hey poor man, you're all alone Hey old daddy, I know where I'm going (...) não conheço poema que nos exponha à morte, que cante a morte, contra a morte de forma tão humana e comevedora como Father Dead Blues. obrigado ginesberg. Thanks a lot for posting this video! God bless you!

Give me a break.Ginsburg was a flake in every sense.I can see"hip"folks in NYC,going gaga over Chris Olifi's Madonna in elephant dung"art",same as they did Kerouac,Warhol, and Ginsberg. Its drivel like this that makes me so proud to be one of the great unwashed squares out there.P.S.,everyone knows now that Dylan IS the"imposter"that brit accused him of WAY back when.

Ginsberg cared and was brave and took a stand. He was a very generous human being and helped very many people in his life.
