The idea is that this first dart hits the middle of the 5 ice bloons and hits the black bouncy wall in the bottom, after which, it will bounce up towards the spike bloons. I popped 20 bloons with this method, and for the 2 bloons left I just aimed for the ice bloons." I was on unlimited darts and I think I passed this level with a bit of luck rather than skill.
