I'd just like to note that the series had less time-restraints but didn't get any real quality done as opposed to the movie. Now, my expectations were high, but all I got was a story that I heard before and a truckload of (to me) predictable action. In terms of balance the film might be better but if you like the series more I'll just let it rest. __________________________________________________ | |

Action is cosmetics, and cannot balance a badly written story due to the lack of sympathy for the charaters. Define a good fight if you don't care who wins. The movie of the franchise not only created a subgenre which produced this kind of series, it was revolutionary in terms of action as well.
