I do not believe God would represent a Demon as having glowing red Eyes. as I believe that when Demons left heaven, they lost their "physical form" as they are spirits now. If you encounter one, and you are a christian, you have nothing to worry about. You have the Holy Spirit on your side. it also re-inforces the Faith we have in God, as usually demonic activity would be somebody coming up saying they can see Jesus inside you.
