haha im guessing quite a lot of ammo on an aircraft carrier. besides its not going to sit there and fire at anything until it runs out and hopefully the enemy gets in close enought to launch a missile at it in the first place.

I was on the Kitty Hawk and O'Kane and got to see these things operate quite often. The thing is a vicious pit pull that has to have a tight leash. Once it downs the target it'll lock on to the shrapnel, then it'll try to down it's own outgoing rounds! In 1996 the JMSDF shot down an A-6 off the Independence, they didn't reign inn the system quick enough. It downed the drone and shrapnel then locked up the 2 inch thick steel cable
