I used "Copernicus" It's the only free screen capture program! you can find that one and other cool mac apps at puremac(dot)com

Yes! you can change all icons. if you want to restore a folder image, just go to get info of a folder (or app) > click and copy the pic (command+c), then paste it in the folder you modified. (command+v to paste items)
