Description: This is my response to the Tarantula video for the ongoing Smashing Pumpkins contest. Essentially, as an accompaniment to the band performance, I wanted light, color, and variations in speed/movement to be a main focus of this work. Within the visual context of the video, I also wanted to explore seemingly opposing dualities, particularly synthetic technology and nature as well as companionship and isolation. There are other nuances included, but for sake of unlimited interpretation, I believe it wise not to further disclose any more details.I hope the execution in this work has proven to be well taken and I thank you for taking the time to view my submission. I would surely appreciate any comments and express good luck to all.

NidEnell ::: Favorites Nothing really kept my attention or stood out. That may just be my taste because I never liked videos that is just video clips of the band.On a strong side seeing other people, d how it looked like there was 15 + ppl in the band was a cool concept. The use of color was good. You had some excellent transitions. I would try to play around with the middle or maybe really change things up in the bridge to brake the visual monotony.
